Welcome to Caring Connections

Caring Connections Pediatric Therapy PLLC is a therapist-owned and operated practice led by pediatric speech-language pathologist, Maria Evans. As an actively practicing clinician, Maria works directly with clients while also guiding and mentoring the team to ensure high-quality, thoughtful care across all services.

Our team is made up of passionate therapists who provide both generalist and specialty services, allowing us to support a wide range of needs under one roof.

We believe in a holistic, child-led approach that builds on each child’s individual strengths and prioritizes collaboration with caregivers. Inclusivity and neurodiversity-affirming practices are at the heart of everything we do.

  • "Miss Allison is the best!"

We love Caring Connections for our daughter, she sees “Miss Allison” in her ABA therapy location and she loves every minute of her time with her! Our daughter went from completely nonverbal to a chatterbox! We honestly worried whether or not she would ever talk because she had no words and was using sign language mostly; within a month of starting speech therapy with Caring Connections she was starting to communicate and finding her words! I’ll never forget the phone call that I got from her therapists when she said “Mama” for the first time! Everybody celebrated and cheered and I was bawling like a baby, lol. Miss Allison is the best!

  • "We feel so lucky to have found Maria."

We’re so glad we found Maria and Caring Connections! Our daughter was diagnosed with apraxia of speech as a toddler and receives speech therapy through wcpss but we knew we wanted to add additional speech therapy with a therapist who has experience with apraxia. We feel so lucky to have found Maria. She’s already advanced leaps and bounds in the last few months and we will continue to see her until our daughter develops more neurotypical speech!
