Caring Connections Pediatric Therapy is therapist-owned and led by a clinician who actively practices, so leadership truly understands the day-to-day realities of therapy. Our practice provides a professional, supportive work environment with like-minded pediatric therapists who share a passion for high-quality, child-centered care. Collaboration is a core part of our culture, and we believe therapists do their best work when they feel respected, supported, and part of a team.

    • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

    • Current state licensure (or eligibility) in North Carolina

    • Experience working with pediatric populations preferred

    • Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans

    • Ability to collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members

    • Commitment to family-centered, evidence-based practice

    • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills

    • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment

    • Experience with documentation and electronic health records (EHR) preferred

    • Provide high-quality, individualized pediatric therapy services in accordance with each child’s plan of care

    • Conduct evaluations, ongoing assessments, and treatment sessions using evidence-based practices

    • Develop and implement functional, child-centered goals in collaboration with families and caregivers

    • Communicate clearly and professionally with parents regarding progress, strategies, and recommendations

    • Complete timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state, payer, and practice requirements

    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support comprehensive care

    • Participate in team meetings, training opportunities, and professional development activities

    • Maintain ethical standards and professional boundaries in all aspects of care

    • Support a positive, respectful, and collaborative clinic culture

  • We offer per-visit compensation that is competitive with the local market and reflective of experience and qualifications.
